The Road Accident Fund is responsible for providing appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; rehabilitating and compensating persons injured as a result of motor vehicles. The aim of the Fund is to re-integrate victims of motor vehicle accidents back into society through our Rehabilitation Services offered by the Medical Management Deparment.
A contract between an accident victim and the Road Accident Fund where the RAF pays back incurred medical expenses in accordance with the applicable legislation, due to the injuries sustained in the motor vehicle accident.
