I am not receiving the OTP. What should I do?

Please check your mobile network coverage and confirm that your registered mobile number is correct. Wait a few minutes and try again.

My claim information is not visible in the app. What should I do?

Your claim may not yet be linked to your mobile profile or the information may still be under update. Please contact support with your claim reference number.

Can I submit documents through the app?

If document upload is available in your app version, please ensure that uploaded documents are clear, readable, and in a supported format such as PDF, JPG, or PNG.
