Pre-Accident Initiatives - The goal of pre-accident initiatives is to minimise the likelihood of accidents and mitigate their potential impact. Intended to curb road accidents in line with the National Road Safety strategy 2016 – 2030.
Post-Accident Initiatives - Focus on initiatives that will assist with the integration and rehabilitation of accident victims back into society. Post-accident interventions at public hospitals in line with World Health Organization guidelines, which put emergency care for injury because of a car crash at the core of the post-crash response (e.g., capacitating accident and emergency units, rehabilitative programs etc.).
